How does the process of admission work?

Getting Started:

1. Fill out the Inquiry Form: This helps us understand your needs before connecting you. It’s a quick way to assess if our services are a good fit for you. Click here to fill out the form.

2. We’ll Contact You: Once you submit the form, our knowledgeable staff will reach out to answer your questions about services and fees. This call is also a great opportunity to see if our home would be a suitable match for you as a potential resident.

For International Inquiries:

If you’re located outside the country, you can still fill out the Inquiry Form. Additionally, you can schedule a virtual meeting through your preferred conferencing tool (Zoom, Google Meet, Whatsapp, etc.) by contacting us at the numbers listed on our “Contact Us” page.

Who is eligible for admission to your home?

Our community welcomes seniors and adults facing health challenges. We offer tailored support for a range of needs, including:

  • Assistance with Daily Activities: For those who need a helping hand with everyday tasks.
  • Memory Care: Dedicated support for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
  • Post-Hospital Recovery: Providing a safe and supportive environment for successful healing.
  • End-of-Life Care: Compassionate care that prioritizes comfort and dignity.
How long can someone stay at your home?
Residents are welcome to stay as long as they need our services. We are here to care and serve you.
Are we able to visit our elderly family member/s when they move to Life Care?
Absolutely! We Welcome Visits

We understand how important it is for families to stay connected. We encourage visits from loved ones to help residents feel happy and supported. To ensure everyone’s safety and privacy, we do have some guidelines in place.

Current Visitation Guidelines:

  • Contact Us: Please call ahead to schedule your visit and confirm current guidelines, as these may change based on public health recommendations.
  • Safety Measures: We may have specific protocols in place, such as mask requirements or health screenings.
  • Dedicated Staff: Our friendly staff can answer any questions you have about visiting procedures.

What do you need to prepare before admission?

This will be discussed when you speak with our administrator or our representative.

Are you able to take care of persons needing specialized care?
Yes, we care for individuals who need NGT feeding, peg tube feeding, suctioning, urinary catheterization, IV insertion, wound care from bed sore or burn accidents or end-of-life care. Feel free to let us know if there are other specialized care needed.
Do you offer socialization in your home?
Yes, we offer various activities to engage and entertain our Residents. We live for those moments when we can see the smiles in their faces.
How much time or participation is needed from the family?
Our resident’s family can give as little or as much time their busy lives or their distance would allow. We see ourselves as the extension of the love and support of our residents’ family. We are here for both our residents and their families.
How does the billing process work?
We send you a detailed statement once a month. One time payment is due then.
Do you accept individuals diagnosed with Schizophrenia or related mental illness?
We have limited our care to Alzheimer’s/dementia or any age-related mental ailment so we can assure a safe and wholesome environment for our residents.

Life Care is a long-term care facility attending to the elderly and individuals needing palliative care, and we offer the following services:

Assisted Living Lifestyle

The Life Care Assisted Living Program is for seniors who value their independence, yet may already need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, medication administration, and more. Our small facility allows for a personalized approach for our residents, with the freedom to make choices that will deliver day-to-day satisfaction.

Independent Living Lifestyle

We believe that older adults have the right to make their own decisions and live in the comfort of a home where provisions are consistently and efficiently rendered by professionals trained to support them.

Special Services

Memory CareMemory care services are designed to provide a special level of care for seniors with dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s disease.

Respite CareLife Care extends its services to family carers needing short-term relief from the challenges of caregiving in their homes, or those who simply need professional caring for a loved one left behind when they need to travel for vacation or business. We have allocated a couple of rooms for respite care until our permanent residents join us. Life Care welcomes your loved ones to stay in our home while you recharge to attend to your business, or both!
